Representative Thomas P. Tiffany of Wisconsin was born in Wabasha, Minnesota, on December 30, 1957. He graduated from Elmwood High School in 1976 and earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls, in 1980. A business owner, he served on the Town of Little Rice board of supervisors from 2009 to 2013. Tiffany was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly from 2011 to 2013 and the State Senate from 2013 to 2020. He was elected as a Republican to the 116th Congress in 2020 and has been reelected to the three succeeding Congresses.
